We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the vibrant downtown area. We loved how convenient it was to walk to all the shops and attractions in the colonial district. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff making us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. We especially appreciated the modern touches, like the flat screen TVs with a wide selection of channels, and the fully equipped kitchenette. We felt at home here and would definitely recommend it to friends.
The occasional lack of hot water and the small size of the sink in the bathroom. However, these were minor inconveniences that did not overshadow the overall quality of our stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the main downtown walk-able shopping area of the Colonial district. It made it very convenient to explore the city and engage in various activities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Delice. The room I stayed in was a self-contained flat on the road level and it was amazing. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave, a TV with all channels, and a comfortable sofa area and table. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The double locking door and window grill provided a sense of security, making me feel safe throughout my stay. Additionally, I appreciated the efficient air conditioning and the availability of a hairdryer from the reception.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and liked the hot water and free Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked the lack of attention to detail, including outdated furnishings and uncomfortable bed. The walls were thin and we could hear all the noise from the hall and next door.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was really close to all the main sights we wanted to visit during our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on where to eat and things to do. The room was also really comfortable and clean.
The noise from the street was pretty loud and it kept us up at night. We had to use earplugs to sleep.
